Refund Policy

This refund policy applies to subscriptions to CTRON Loop, the AI operations software provided by CTRON Technologies ("CTRON", "we", "us"). Your CTRON Loop subscription is a payment for access to the CTRON Loop platform.

1. Cooling-off period

If you are a consumer in the UK, you have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of starting your subscription. Where you have not yet begun substantial use of the service during this period, you may request a full refund of your most recent payment.

2. Monthly subscriptions

CTRON Loop is billed monthly in advance and plans renew automatically. Charges are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started, except where required by law or where there has been a duplicate or clearly incorrect charge. Because plans renew automatically, we recommend cancelling before your next billing date if you do not wish to continue.

3. AI provider costs (BYOK)

Where you use your own AI provider keys (bring your own keys), any usage charges are billed directly to you by that provider and are not part of your CTRON Loop subscription. CTRON cannot refund charges made by a third-party AI provider.

4. How to request a refund

To request a refund, email support@ctron.co.uk from the email address on your account, including your plan and the reason for the request. We aim to respond within five business days.
