Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how to cancel a CTRON Loop subscription provided by CTRON Technologies.

1. Cancel anytime

CTRON Loop subscriptions are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time. There is no minimum contract term and no cancellation fee.

2. How to cancel

You can cancel from your account settings within the CTRON Loop app, or by emailing support@ctron.co.uk from the address on your account.

3. When cancellation takes effect

When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. You keep access to CTRON Loop until that date, and you will not be billed for the following period. We do not pro-rate or refund the current period by default; please see our Refund Policy.

4. Your data after cancellation

After cancellation you may lose access to content stored in your Company Brain and workflows. Where possible, export anything you need before your access ends. We handle personal data in line with our Privacy Policy.
