AI Use & BYOK Disclaimer

CTRON Loop is software that helps you run business operations with the assistance of AI. This disclaimer explains the nature of AI output and the bring-your-own-key (BYOK) model.

1. AI output is assistive

CTRON Loop generates AI-assisted output based on your inputs, your company knowledge, and the AI provider you connect. Output may be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying output before relying on it, sharing it, or acting on it.

2. Not professional advice

CTRON Loop does not provide financial, legal, tax, medical, or other regulated professional advice, and is not a substitute for a qualified professional. AI output does not replace professional judgement. Always seek appropriate professional advice for important decisions.

3. No guaranteed outcomes

We do not guarantee any particular business, financial, or operational outcome from using CTRON Loop. Results depend on your inputs, your processes, and the AI providers you choose.

4. Bring your own keys (BYOK)

Where applicable, CTRON Loop lets you connect your own AI provider accounts (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, or Perplexity). CTRON Loop is the operating layer that orchestrates your workflows; it is not the AI provider. When you connect a provider key:

your prompts and data may be sent to that provider to process your requests;
that provider's terms, privacy practices, and usage charges apply to you directly;
you are responsible for the security of your keys and for usage incurred under them.

5. What CTRON Loop is not

CTRON Loop is subscription software. It is not a marketplace, payment service, escrow service, or money-handling service. CTRON does not hold, release, or transfer funds on your behalf.
