Company

Start here if you want the cleanest explanation of what CTRON is and how the two products differ.

What is CTRON?
CTRON Technologies is the parent software company. It currently has two distinct products: CTRON Loop for AI-powered business operations, and CTRON Home for structured home services between homeowners and tradespeople.
What is the difference between CTRON Loop and CTRON Home?
CTRON Loop is for companies that want an AI operations layer for company knowledge, task routing, and reusable workflows. CTRON Home is for homeowners and tradespeople who need jobs, quotes, messages, and payment requests organised clearly in one place.
Which CTRON product should I start with?
If you want AI-assisted operations for internal business work, start with CTRON Loop. If you want to post a home-services job, compare tradespeople, or manage a real repair workflow, start with CTRON Home.
Why is pricing product-specific now?
Because the products solve different problems and use different commercial models. CTRON Loop is subscription software, while CTRON Home combines free job posting with trade plans and payment-related fees where applicable.

CTRON Loop

Questions about the AI operations product, its pricing, and how the BYOK model works.

What does CTRON Loop actually do?
CTRON Loop is an AI operations layer for company knowledge, task routing, and reusable workflows. You upload company documents, connect your own AI provider keys where applicable, and run repeatable business tasks through a structured system instead of ad hoc prompting.
Where can I see CTRON Loop pricing?
CTRON Loop pricing lives on the dedicated /ai/pricing page. That page is separate from CTRON Home pricing because Loop is its own subscription product.
Does Get Started Free take me into the Loop app?
Yes. The Loop Get Started Free call to action should take you to loop.ctron.co.uk so you land in the product itself, not on a generic signup route for another product.
Does CTRON Loop include AI usage in the subscription?
Not by default. CTRON Loop uses a bring-your-own-key model where applicable, so your AI provider bills for model usage while CTRON bills for access to the Loop platform.
Is CTRON Loop a marketplace or payment service?
No. CTRON Loop is subscription software for business operations. It is not a marketplace, not a payment processor, and not a regulated financial, legal, or medical adviser.
5 questions

CTRON Home

Questions for homeowners and tradespeople using the home-services platform.

Is it free for homeowners to post a job?
Yes. Homeowners can post a job, receive quotes, and message tradespeople for free. Payment-related charges are shown only if an in-app payment request is approved where applicable.
Where can I see CTRON Home pricing?
CTRON Home pricing lives on the dedicated /home/pricing page. It explains homeowner pricing, trade plans, and how payment-related fees are presented.
Do tradespeople have to subscribe immediately?
No. Trades can start with limited free access where available, test the workflow, and only upgrade when they need more visibility, quote capacity, or additional platform benefits.
Are tradespeople verified?
CTRON is designed to support trade verification, profile checks, reviews, and job history. The exact verification visible to a homeowner depends on the trade profile and the information provided by the tradesperson.
How do payment requests work on CTRON Home?
Tradespeople can send structured payment requests for agreed work such as call-out fees, materials, staged instalments, extra work, or final balances. Homeowners review each request and approve it when ready.

Payments & Support

Shared questions about checkout, records, trust, and getting help when something feels unclear.

Does CTRON hold or release customer funds?
No. On CTRON Home, payments are processed only when a homeowner actively approves a specific payment request. CTRON does not hold, delay, release, or transfer customer funds.
Should payments and messages stay inside CTRON Home?
Yes, where possible. Keeping communication and payment requests inside the platform creates a clearer record of what was agreed, what changed, and what was paid.
What should I send when reporting a problem?
Include the product you were using, what you were trying to do, any relevant job or workspace details, screenshots if useful, and a short description of what went wrong or what felt unclear.
How do I contact CTRON support?
Use the contact page, in-product support where available, or the published support channels. The more concrete detail you include, the faster the issue can be understood and resolved.
