Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to all CTRON products, including CTRON Loop and CTRON Home. By using our products you agree not to misuse them.

1. Prohibited uses

You must not use CTRON products to:

break the law or infringe the rights of others, including intellectual property and privacy rights;
upload or process content you do not have the right to use;
generate or distribute unlawful, harmful, deceptive, harassing, or abusive content;
attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, other accounts, or connected services;
interfere with, overload, or disrupt the platform or its infrastructure;
resell or provide the service to third parties except as expressly permitted.

2. Responsible AI use (CTRON Loop)

CTRON Loop produces AI-assisted output. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on or sharing it. You must not use CTRON Loop to generate content that misleads others into believing AI output is professional financial, legal, or medical advice. See our AI Use & BYOK Disclaimer.

3. Provider keys (BYOK)

If you connect your own AI provider keys, you must comply with that provider's terms and usage policies. You are responsible for the security of your keys and for any usage incurred under them.

4. Enforcement

We may suspend or terminate access for breaches of this policy. Where appropriate, we will give notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.
